Q: How do I find out my ring size?
A: Firstly, you could refer back to another ring you own. The size of this ring, if it fits you will be your ring size. If you don't own another ring or are unaware of its size, view our ring sizing guide.
Q: My card is not being accepted at the checkout. What can I do?
A: Double check your address and full card card information. Sometimes even something as small as a missing space can cause a card to be declined. Alternatively contact your card provider.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Our products are sent out via Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed for and other International Carriers
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
